Please double check that your mailing address is correct and complete (particularly that your apt. number is included if applicable). *Re-delivery of failed shipments will be charged to customer according to Canada Post rates.

We have a free PICK UP option at check out if you would like to pick up your order from us here in Tofino, BC.

We use Canada Post for all order mailings and customers receive a tracking number.

Within a region of Canada: 1-3 business days
Between two regions of Canada: averages 2-7 business days
